Comprehensive equipment management

PCM supervises all the equipment needed for the projects.

Manufactured in Quimper with our partner Capic, the devices are checked, prepared for their use on board ship, then packed before shipment.

We constantly check shipments and deliveries to guarantee the reliability and quality of the material until it reaches its destination.

Site organization and coordination

The site manager, based on site, oversees the work, ensuring optimum organization and strict compliance with safety standards.

The works manager takes an active part in preparatory meetings and coordinates teams to ensure that operations run smoothly.

Weekly updates are carried out on site to adjust and optimize the implementation of structures, while maintaining regular communication with customers on the progress of projects.

Qualified technicians and specialized equipment

A team of qualified technicians is on hand to carry out the work.

Each technician is self-sufficient and equipped with specific tools (toolbox, electro-portables, TIG welding machines, which are inspected annually), ensuring that work is carried out efficiently and safely.

Commissioning and customer care

Equipment commissioning, testing and user training are handled by the assembly team and its manager.

At the same time, detailed planning is transmitted to customers, giving them a clear view of progress and completion.
