The existing configuration no longer met the customer&#8217;s needs, so the main objective was to :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Rearrange cooking elements<\/strong> to optimize available space.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Improve culinary production capacity<\/strong> to offer more possibilities and reduce preparation times.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Expand refrigerated storage capacity<\/strong> to meet increased preservation requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>PCM&#8217;s engineering and design team drew up two refit proposals tailored to the customer&#8217;s specific requirements.<\/p>\n<h2>Kitchen refit proposals<\/h2>\n<h3>Option 1: Optimized layout<\/h3>\n<p>2 stack ovens<br \/>\n3 zones with 6 induction hobs<br \/>\n1 plancha<br \/>\n2 independent fryers<br \/>\n2 large refrigerated cupboards<br \/>\n1 freezer<br \/>\n1 ice machine<br \/>\n1 dishwasher<br \/>\n1 microwave<\/p>\n<h3>Option 2: Variant with special furniture<\/h3>\n<p>The second option includes most of the features of the first, with a few notable differences:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Furnaces are placed side by side instead of on top of each other<\/li>\n<li>Addition of a positive refrigerated drawer cabinet for a practical, accessible storage solution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"et_pb_slider et_pb_slider_fullwidth_off et_pb_gallery_post_type\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_pb_slides\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_pb_slide\" style=\"background: url(https:\/\/pcm-pro.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/creation-cuisine-yacht-4.jpg);\"><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_slide\" style=\"background: url(https:\/\/pcm-pro.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/creation-cuisine-yacht-2.jpg);\"><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_slide\" style=\"background: url(https:\/\/pcm-pro.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/creation-cuisine-yacht-1.jpg);\"><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<h2>Technical improvements<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Professional hob:<\/strong> equipped with 6 induction hobs, a plancha and two built-in fryers.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Optimized preparation areas:<\/strong> significant improvement in hot and cold zones for a smoother workflow.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Increased cold storage:<\/strong> installation of professional refrigerated cabinets and neutral cupboards for optimal storage.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Top-of-the-range coatings:<\/strong> all partitions and ceilings are made of B15 with a brushed stainless steel coating to guarantee durability and hygiene.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Project chronology<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>March:<\/strong> Study and design by PCM.<\/li>\n<li><strong>April:<\/strong> Initial offer to the customer.<\/li>\n<li><strong>May:<\/strong> Detailed technical analysis and bid adjustment.<\/li>\n<li><strong>June &#8211; August:<\/strong> In-depth discussions between the customer and PCM to finalize technical and aesthetic choices.<\/li>\n<li><strong>September:<\/strong> Validation and start of work.<\/li>\n<li><strong>December:<\/strong> Completion and handover of the project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PCM led the complete renovation of a kitchen on a private yacht, with a reorganization of spaces, the installation of top-of-the-range professional equipment and brushed stainless steel finishes.
